Elisabetta Lanfredini (Voice, electronics/IT)

Elisabetta Lanfredini is a singer, performer and improviser. The background in Afro-american, Mediterrenen music, ethnomusicology together with a deep experience in experimental theater, develops her style in a sort of modern storytelling, fully opened to both improvised and traditional music. Poetry, literature, spoken voices, tape recorders, sound objects and “analogue” projections the she makes are involved in her lives. Beside the live activity she did research on traditional music and oral poetry in Italy (Ottava Rima) realising video documentaries and articles. As a passionated voice teacher, she leads vocal workshops about improvisation and modern singing, at moment focusing on the creation of a stable Experimental Choir based in Berlin.

Roberta Maddalena (voice, electronics/IT) is a musician and a visual artist based in Berlin. She researches in the fields of performance and improvisation. As a musician she studied overtone singing with Tran Quang Hai, Indian classical music and ethnomusicology at the Conservatory of Vicenza and Functional Voice Method. After some interesting music experiences she dedicated herself only to visual art and illustration for several years, to return again into music in 2018 with an electro-pop project and in 2019 with an improvisation project in collaboration with Elisabetta Lanfredini.

Cedrik Fermont, (electronics, born in Lubumbashi, Zaire/DR Congo) is a Belgian composer, musician, mastering engineer, author, radio host and label manager who operates in the field of noise, electronic and experimental music since 1989. He lives in Berlin (Germany). His main research focuses on electronic, electroacoustic, experimental and noise music from Asia and Africa. His compositions and installations vary from sound art and soundscapes made of found sounds and objects to more conventional “dance” music to radio projects.

The bands unique blend of social commentary, AV projections and performance art, have caught the attention of BBC Introducing. The band have supported Black Midi, Gary Clail & LA's Nightclub.
