Wer auf der Suche nach einer typisch spanischen Bar ist, der ist mit der Bar Costa genau an der richtigen Adresse. Diese Bar ist eine echte Insellegende und
vor allem unter den Einheimischen bekannt und beliebt. Sie liegt in Santa Gertrudis, das ist ziemlich genau in der Mitte der Insel, und ist damit praktisch
von überall aus gut erreichbar. Berühmt ist die Costa Bar für ihre einzigartigen Schinkenbrötchen. Die Dekoration der Bar lässt das bereits vermuten: Von der Decke baumeln nämlich zahlreiche Schinkenstücke. Sehr urig! Hier lässt es sich übrigens auch sehr gut rustikal frühstücken, und der frisch geröstete
Schinken ist dabei einfach ein Muss! Dabei könnt ihr auf einem der typisch spanischen Holzhocker mit geflochtener Sitzfläche Platz nehmen wenn ihr
denn einen erwischt, denn die Bar Costa ist immer sehr gut besucht. An den Wänden der Bar könnt ihr übrigens Bilder aus der guten alten Flower Power-
Zeit entdecken, die noch von armen Künstlern gemalt wurden, die damit ihr Schinkenbrötchen bezahlten!
