MAURO PICOTTO presents MEGANITE IBIZA 2007

For the fourth year in a row, superstar dj Mauro Picotto and MEGANITE “Electronic Music Lifestyle” will return to Ibiza for their hottest ever events at Privilege, the world’s biggest club.

Thanks to the pure quality in the lineup of guest DJs, Meganite will entertain the Privilege

clubbers every Wednesday, with a 360 degree journey through electronic music.

This season will see the return of Misstress Barbara, Christian Smith, Marco Carola, Gabry Fasano, Paco Osuna, Marco Bailey, Riccardo Ferri live and many more. There will also be performances by new guests including Deetron (27 June), and five special sessions by Adam Beyer, world renowned producer, and the electro master, Mr. John Acquaviva.

On Wednesday 25th July Meganite will welcome back the Italian butterfly, Francesco Farfa who will take us on his universal musical journey, a debut for Davide Squillace and After Hours in the Coco Loco room with Athos from Italy and Tony Verdi, leader of the Barcelona scene.

On the 1st of August 2007 a Special Event of the summer Meganite will celebrate its 4th birthday with

a great lineup, this including the superstar guest Claudio Coccoluto and a show by P:Gold.

Mauro Picotto and Meganite will bring a new star to Ibiza that will shine on Wednesday nights: the P:Gold crew from Milan. Meganite's intent is to introduce a theatrical spirit with a sexy-glam show and the energy P:Gold knows how to create thanks to their strong artistic background. For six weeks (opening 20th June, the first four Wednesdays in August, and the closing event on 19th September) Meganite will exclusively host P:Gold. With their trademark sound they will be in perfect harmony with Meganite and its founder Mauro Picotto who will continue his personal excursion through electronic music side by side with Obi Baby. This artistic partnership aims to promote Italian creativity on an international level.

Another addition will be the Coco Loco area of Privilege, where we will see a tranformation during Meganite events that will go on until late morning, in a more intimate and solar atmosphere. This season the Coco Loco will see top DJs including Paco Osuna, Danilo Vigorito, Rino Cerrone, Gabry Fasano, Fergie with his Excentric party, and on the Meganite Birthday party, Xplosiva with Sergio Ricciardone and Giorgio Valletta. On the 5th September there will be an extra Mega night in the Cocoloco Room with a special performance of 5 hours set by Claudio Coccoluto in what will be one of the hottest places of any Privilege night.

Summer 2007 will also bring great innovations including the new Privilege sound system, considered to be the best on the island. The “Funktion One” system will truly embrace the crowd with its sound, creating an incredible feeling.

Mauro will also be proudly showcasing material from his brilliant new Artist album "Now and Then" that will be released on SWrecords in July, including the massive tunes "Evribadi" and "Maybe, Maybe Not".

With such an amazing plan for the new season, expect Meganite to be once again the most exciting Wednesday

night party on the White Isle!
